As the boss, you are the project owner. Alemona acts as prime contractor to assist you throughout your project: drawing up plans, assisting with the choice of suppliers, follow-up of work, schedule and budget.

Alemona is an advisory and consultancy company managed by Didier Fitvoye.
Transformation Programme Manager, Interim Manager and Senior Consultant for major private and public companies, Didier has been active in various sectors for more than 25 years.

This field experience is supported by regularly updated theoretical training. A graduate of the Faculté Polytechnique de Mons (Master in Civil Engineering in Informatics and Management), Didier is also certified as a Prince2 ™ practitioner, a method of management centred on the organisation, management and control of projects and MSP Foundation to ensure the proper coordination of a programme.
